When a chef prepares a dish for his/her patrons, much care is taken to not only make the meal taste good but also to make it look good.
So it is the responsibility of the photographer to punctuate the effort of the chef with a beautiful representation.
These photos were taken at The Square Onion in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina… and as a bonus we had the great pleasure of sampling the dishes.
So I guess the moral of the story is… “Do your job well and you will always have something to eat.”
