It is overwhelming to personally watch a project of this scale take shape over months of work. We recently had our 3rd visit to the USS Gary. It is being refurbished in a sale to the Taiwanese Navy. We watched as it was towed to the shipyard on visit 1, witnessed it being moved to dry dock on visit 2, and this time we were able to explore the inside of the ship and go down into the dry dock to see the ongoing repairs and upgrades being done to her.
